Make delicious tomato chutney in just a few minutes.
This is my go-to tomato chutney. It keeps in the fridge for a few days.

3-4 tomatoes, washed
3 or more green chillies
garlic, coriander & ½ onion
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt, to taste
pinch turmeric
juice of 1 lemon
Blend the tomatoes with the skin on.
Next, make a green chutney: blend the green chillies, garlic, coriander, and onion.
Add the green chutney to the tomatoes and blend together.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the mustard seeds, the 2 garlic cloves and the tomato paste. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the blended tomato and green chutney paste. Let it cook and simmer down.
Add the salt and turmeric.
Finally, add the lemon juice and let it cool.
Enjoy.
