CHICK.cosmetics has shaken up the South African beauty industry since its launch in 2018, and following the success of their previous sold-out skincare and colour cosmetic releases, they are now proud to announce the arrival of Pastel Dreams, a brand new collection, as well as their launch on Superbalist.
Known as a local brand driven by their objective to reach young, diverse makeup and skincare enthusiasts with high quality cosmetics, to say CHICK.cosmetics has grown in the last three years is an understatement. Despite a challenging year due to the pandemic, the brand still managed to not only produce a brand new collection, but secure partnerships with retail giants like Superbalist in the process.
The Pastel Dreams collection is a continuation of the well-loved skincare products that feature on the brand’s website, which will now also be available on Superbalist. Makeup lovers can look forward to the Pastel Dreams eyeshadow palette, a vibrant mix of 12 mattes and shimmers, great for creating soft looks, and the Cashmere and Supercloud beauty sponges for flawless makeup application.
Skincare enthusiasts can get their hands on the Holy Squalane Cleanser, which includes Salicylic Acid and Beta-Glucan, great for those who have irritated or acne-prone skin, Juice Balm lip products for lip moisture, Just Rosehip Oil, a silky oil that helps to calm redness, hydrate dry skin, treat scars and burns, brighten skin, and regenerate damaged tissue and The Pink Serum, a potent vitamin B3 serum that helps reduce the appearance of skin blemishes and oil control.
“It has been the most incredible journey seeing Chick Cosmetics start from a small, one-person operation to a beauty brand that is now listed on a platform like Superbalist. The last three years have been an amazing experience, and we look forward to growing even more in the beauty space, and showing other women entrepreneurs that it is possible”, says CEO and Founder Nomfundo Njibe.
The SKINBAR and Pastel Dreams collection will be available for sale on the CHICK.cosmetics website and on Superbalist from 1 June 2021.
