Prepare this chilled chai-flavoured dessert as a sweet ending to a special meal.
Masala Chai Falooda

1 L milk
1½ tsp china grass powder (also known as Agar Agar)
3 Tetley Tea Masala Chai teabags
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1 cup dessert cream
1 cup condensed milk
Heat the milk in a pot.
Make a paste with the falooda (China grass powder) and add to the milk. Bring to a boil.
Add the tea bags, cardamom and cinnamon. Lastly add the dessert cream and the condensed milk. Whisk well.
The mixture must reach boiling point. Remove the teabags and pour into chai cups or a mould.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Once set, decorate with dessert cream, almonds, and roses. Enjoy!
