WHITE CHOCOLATE & CLEMENGOLD GIMLET
Ingredients
35ml ClemenGold Gin
35ml White Cacao
10ml citrus syrup*
50ml Cream
10ml Lemon juice
4 dashes Orange Bitters
Standard Method
Combine all in ingredients in a shaker, and fill with ice; shake vigorously.
Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with white chocolate and fresh citrus shavings.
*Citrus syrup
250g sugar
½ cup water
2-3 citrus fruit peels
½ cup lime juice
Place all the ingredients in a pan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil and simmer until it achieves a syrupy consistency.
Strain through a fine sieve and store in a sterilised bottle.
