How To Prep Your Samp

While some people use samp and beans (AKA stamp-en-stoot) in a thick and creamy soup, many love samp on its own, as a side dish (it’s a great accompaniment to offall curry) or a main meal. Others eat samp for breakfast. It’s even creamier made with Cremora. We asked some home chefs how they cook samp in their homes.
